The moment a Program / Tour is fully booked out, it will be registered as such on the webpage of Tour Guiding Leadership (TGL), and no further bookings will be accepted for the specific Program / Tour of the selected period.

For the full outstanding balance, the Client / Booking Agent will then be invoiced in time to make the payment at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the Program / Tour. The only event where 25% of the full Program Fee / Tour Fee will be refunded back to the client, is due to a visa refusal, which must be accompanied by the visa refusal notice (all pages). It is the Client’s / Booking Agent’s responsibility to ensure that TGL receives the full copy of the visa refusal notice in all cases where a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to the commencement of the Program / Tour due to visa refusal. The Client / Booking Agent must inform TGL of such a visa refusal immediately.

TGL reserves the right to retain all fees should the reason for refusal be unacceptable, or should there be a time-delay of more than 3 (three) working days between the visa refusal date and informing TGL of such a refusal. It stays the responsibility of the Client / Booking Agent to ensure the TGL does receive the communications informing about the refusal.
