TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 35% of the total program fee / tour fee will secure the client’s booking and place in the program. A 35% deposit of the Programme Fee / Tour Fee is required to ensure a client a secure booking for enrolment for the Programme / Tour. Once the client has made a booking, the client will then receive confirmation of the booking being confirmed in the client’s name, for the period of and Program / Tour of choice. The deposit is non-refundable.

The moment a Program / Tour is fully booked out, it will be registered as such on the webpage of Tour Guiding Leadership (TGL), and no further bookings will be accepted for the specific Program / Tour of the selected period.

For the full outstanding balance, the Client / Booking Agent will then be invoiced in time to make the payment at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the Program / Tour. Within 30 (thirty) days prior to the commencement of the Program / Tour, the full outstanding balance is not refundable. There are Booking Agents / Online Tourism Marketing Platforms which require in their Terms & Conditions the full outstanding balance at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the Program / Tour, in which case TGL must also receive the full outstanding balance, as per Agent Agreement between such Booking Agent / Online Tourism Marketing Platform. 

If the full outstanding balance of the Programme / Tour is not received by TGL 30 (thirty) days prior to the commencement of the Program / Tour, TGL reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Payments shall be made in online payments with any of the credit cards accepted by TGL, or by direct SWIFT transfer to the account of TGL.

Proof of all direct SWIFT transfers done by the Client / Booking Agent, must be emailed to TGL at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 

TGL will confirm receipt of all payments upon receipt there-off in its bank account.

The credit card commission is already included in all payments by credit card to TGL.

All payments to be effected in US Dollar – currency.

The only event where 25% of the full Program Fee / Tour Fee will be refunded back to the client, is due to a visa refusal, which must be accompanied by the visa refusal notice (all pages). It is the Client’s / Booking Agent’s responsibility to ensure that TGL receives the full copy of the visa refusal notice in all cases where a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to the commencement of the Program / Tour due to visa refusal. The Client / Booking Agent must inform TGL of such a visa refusal immediately.

TGL reserves the right to retain all fees should the reason for refusal be unacceptable, or should there be a time-delay of more than 3 (three) working days between the visa refusal date and informing TGL of such a refusal. It stays the responsibility of the Client / Booking Agent to ensure the TGL does receive the communications informing about the refusal.
